Need your advice on Spells/Special Skills

Topic: Raid on the Forest of Horrors
I'm ready to start coding in the ability to cast spells (For Magic Users) and special skills (for Fighters and Thieves).

What would be best to get in first? I'm thinking Magic Missles for Magic Users (definitely), and some kind of Power Strike for fighters (maybe), but am lost what to do with thieves.

I need any ideas/suggestions you may have!

Traditionally thieves can backstab if they sneak up unnoticed.
